Enterprise Event Compliance // Live Framework
Picnyk runs vendor compliance, document verification, and liability requirements as infrastructure — not paperwork. Every category carries an explicit requirement set, and every vendor profile shows exactly which checks it has cleared.
Figures read live from the compliance database. Requirement counts describe the framework applied to every listing — not a claim that all checks are already complete for every vendor.
The compliance engine
Each vendor category carries its own requirement set. The engine evaluates documents with AI, records every decision to an immutable audit log, and re-checks vendors on a schedule as certificates expire.

Catalog screening progress
Screening covers profile and portfolio quality. Insurance, licensing, and background checks are verified separately from vendor-submitted documents.
Risk-adjusted marketplace
Cards show the compliance obligations attached to the category and the vendor's current verification state — so procurement can assess exposure before a conversation starts.
Coverage in progress: 85 of 95 listings sit in a category with a defined requirement set. The remaining 10 are in categories still being mapped, and are labelled as such below rather than shown as compliant.

Procurement comparison
| Dimension | Traditional planning | Picnyk compliant planning |
|---|---|---|
| Risk mitigation | Ad hoc. Insurance requirements tracked by email, if at all. | Requirement sets defined per category and attached to every listing (81 total). |
| Vetting time | Days of manual reference calls and certificate chasing. | AI evaluates submitted documents on upload; results recorded immediately. |
| Document management | Certificates live in inboxes and expire unnoticed. | Documents stored in private encrypted storage with scheduled expiry re-checks. |
| Liability shield | Coverage assumed, rarely verified before the event. | $500K–$1M minimums enforced per category, with status shown per vendor. |
| Audit trail | Reconstructed after the fact, if a dispute arises. | Every verification decision written to an append-only compliance log. |
Procurement handoff
When a booking is confirmed, Picnyk compiles the vendor's compliance state into a single record — the requirement set applied, the documents verified, and the decision log behind each result.
