When a client searches your city, vendors appear in this order. Higher tiers show first — but ratings always break ties, so great work still wins.
Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You get a full profile, portfolio, messaging, and guaranteed payments forever — no card required. We only make money when you do: a 12% platform fee plus 3% payment processing on completed bookings.
Do paid plans change the booking fee?
No. The 85% payout is the same on every plan. Paid plans buy visibility and tools, not a better rate — so free vendors still compete on quality.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and you keep paid features until then.
What does "featured on cost pages" mean?
Picnyk publishes city cost guides that rank on Google (e.g. "wedding cost in Austin"). Premium vendors in that city are featured on those pages — putting you in front of planners at the exact moment they have a budget in hand.
